Kevin likes to use hot cocoa mix to make his mochas in the morning, because he likes the creamier texture, but I hate all the chemicals and partially hydrogenated oils that most mixes contain… SO, made one up:
- 2 cups nonfat dry milk powder
- 1.5 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
That's it. You could probably go with a little more cocoa powder. I typically use inexpensive Hersey's, so adjust as needed.
About 2 Tablespoons of the mix per 8oz of milk is a good mix.
