I created these spreadsheets when I took Heidi Humbird’s awesome Body Rescue class at Peak Fitness in Hayden. They are based on the worksheets she provided to calculate goal weight & daily calories, as well as weekly tracking of calories and exercise. Hope ya find them useful!
